If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our site, COBAHOM will accept returns for merchandise within 30-days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned with all original packaging, in an unused condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase (a copy of your confirmation email including your order number works perfectly for this).
If we’re unable to help get your issue resolved or you decide to return your items, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is successfully received by our Returns Center.
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
